The Association has vacancies in mangerial positions.
The applicant profile could include those who have recently taken
early retirement, severance or redundancy. Short term
as well as long term commitment would be welcome.
The Hon. Booking Officer, responsible for planning the hirers into
a workable calendar, would welcome assistance. Perhaps you are
now at home with the children at school all day and could offer
an hour or two on an occasional basis?
Both of these job descriptions could be filled by ladies or gentlemen.
We need to find others who can carry out occasional
maintenance similar to home repairs such as
changing a light fitting, renewing a tap washer,
replacing a lavatory seat, or repairing curtains.
The whole complex is undergoing an audit of presentability.
If you are able to look at our buildings with a critical eye
and can offer advice on improving their appearance
please ring the above number.
For forty years the SCA has operated with
voluntary labour carrying out all but the
most difficult or specialised tasks.
We would hope to continue in this way.
